Genteq is a brand of HVAC motors and capacitors under Regal Rexnord Corporation. The line originated from GE's Commercial and HVACR Motors and Capacitors businesses, acquired by Regal-Beloit in 2004 (GE had developed ECM motor technology for HVAC since the mid-1980s). Regal-Beloit rebranded as Genteq in February 2009. Headquartered in Fort Wayne, Indiana; manufacturing in Mexico. Serves HVAC equipment OEMs and the HVAC service/replacement market.
