You could likely wire the pump for 110 volts using proper transformers and electrical equipment. You could consider a UP15-42F (part 59896155). This 115-volt's lone speed falls between Speed 1 and Speed 2 of the UPS15-42F. The UPS15-58FC (part 59896341) is a 115-volt, 3-speed pump that is very similar to the UPS15-42F.

You can use a 230 volt pump, but it would likely be much more difficult to supply it with power.
