Best Shallow Pump I have had

This is my 4th pump in the past 15 years. This pump is the best pump by far. It draws quicker and gets to 55-60 psi against a large pressure tank. Its quiet. Everything that I was looking for in a shallow well pump. Should have bought one years ago instead of wasting my time on some other brands.

The second one you sent was great.

The first pump wouldn't prime. I tried everything I could including trying to pull water through the pump with a shop vac. Nothing worked. I called and notified you of the problem and the next day I received a new pump that worked right out of the box. Thanks for getting it here right away.

Return process was excellent.

Pump did not work for what I needed. Called customer service and they sent a return shipping label. Return was handled exceptionally well. Have used Supplyhouse many times and will continue to use them. Excellent company.

Exactly what I needed to replace a 30 Year old Grundfos pump

I have installed it yet. Waiting for the older one to quit. It is ready to be installed when the time comes.

Excellent pump

I installed this pump in both my home and my parent's home. Been in use for 2 years. Quiet, fast, no sediment build up. Should have bought these years ago.

Q: 1. What size intake. 2. Do you sell a pump with a 1" intake. I have a 1" line coming into my house from a 500 Gal. holding tank 125 Ft. away.If I use a pump with a 1-1/4 inch intake and supply with 1" line and reduce to a 3/4 outlet to pressure tank will that work?

This pump has 1" NPT on the inlet and the outlet. If needed to reduce down to 3/4", or go up to 1-1/4", that will not cause any problems

Q: what is considered a shallow well?

Shallow well pumps are found in applications of 25' or less. So shallow wells would be 25' or less in depth.
