12" x 12" (Wall Opening Size) White Steel Fixed-Bar Filter Grille (96AFB2 Series)

Both tabs came off where they are suppsed to be spot welded. I opened it once to check the grille door. I placed It aside until it was due to be installed when I felt the grille swing outward slightly and thats what I find. Cheap grilles are made better than this.

I bought this return grill thinking it would be a slight upgrade. Most of it is the same flimsy sheet metal as your typical return. The louvers on this one are much heavier and at 30x30, it's big. The biggest problem is that it uses the same two pinch welded hinges as a much smaller filter grill. This is inadequate for something you need to change a filter in once a month. It will break. To make it even better, mine arrived with one hinge already broken off.

We had a reliabilt return air grille for our new Lennox 2.5 ton system. It rattled and hissed all day. It couldn't handle the power from the new system and air flow. This grille is 100x better and looks more sleek as well. It can handle the air flow because the grilles are wider. Highly recommend.

Good product only problem I have is the open and close latch not work well

Quality of the product exceeded my expectations.

These are soo much nicer looking and flow better than the regular stamped-face louvered filter grilles! The fixed bar face it far less restrictive and operates with less air turbulence. Would recommend 10/10 times.
