I ordered these plastic registers to replace the ones in my bathroom ceilings because the metal ones had rusted from the condensation from hot showers. These look well constructed and were easily installed. Supply House was the only vendor on-line that I could find that listed them. On-line ordering was easy. Price and shipping were reasonable. I ordered several more to replace all of my old registers. Very satisfied with the process and product.

I ordered 2 and one package was missing screws. I called and customer service said they would take care of the problem. I ended up getting a new replacement vent in a timely manner. That was great!. About a week later I get a package with many screws in it. No problem other than I had to pay $.43 postage on it. Not what I would have expected!

No complaints with the plastic register. Looking for something to replace a metal one in hopes that there's less condensation in the bathroom. Construction seems solid.
