The VU444 Fan Coil Valve Actuators are used in conjunction with the VU52, VU53 and VU54 valves for controlling the flow of hot or chilled water in commercial HVAC equipment such as fan coil units, terminal reheat coils and convectors. These valves are humidity resistant and are suitable for use in condensing, non-corrosive environments.

1 for 1 replace on my burnham k2
Woke up to no heat, but hot water worked. weird, its a tankless combi. Of course i was going on a flight out of state that day. Absolutely classic really.
Figured it out, turned the valve to the correct position so that the heating worked and ordered this part.
This part was a direct replacement for the seized original.
The only prep work was the wire nuts for the connectors. Once that was done it was only a matter of the toolless part swap.

Exact Replacement - Hard to find Locally
This two-position valve actuator was extremely hard to find locally, most shops don't list them, very uncommon. That being said, this was a direct fit, exact replacement for what I had. The old one came off and the new one snapped in no problems and has worked flawlessly since! Very pleased to date.

These actuators snap into position. Just pull th epin/lever, align, and snap in. No need to open pipes unless you;re replacing teh valve itself. If you are, call a plumber.
