Electronic Temp Controller w/ 2 Temp Inputs, 2 Analog Outputs, 2 Sensors

We needed to add outdoor temperature reset control to the floor loop circuit in our hotel and this did the job perfectly. The floor loop temp is regulated by a proportional (2v to 10v) Belimo mixing valve (LRB24-SR-T). That valve was controlled by a Johnson Controls A350P proportional analog control..... no digital indication of temperature, just analog dial to set a single target temp. We swapped this Honeywell unit in for the Johnson Controls unit, swapped the temp sensor on the floor loop supply pipe, and added the outdoor temp sensor (both new sensors are included in the package we got). Programming the unit is simple and intuitive. One word of caution..... start with a longer integration time than you think you need and a much wider throttling range. This allows the unit to react slowly to changes.... If you shorten the time and tighten the throttling range the unit will react quickly and with large valve movements which caused huge oscillations in our system. I would have given it five stars but the first unit we got was giving temp readings on the Sensor A side that were About 90F low. The unit still worked but we had to make a calibration adjustment. The replacement unit that came works perfectly.
