Questionable life span
Purchased as a replacement for one that failed. My customer has 6 of this model and so far 2 have failed in the 5 or 6 years that they have been in service. My customer finds this thermostat to be too difficult to set up and program on his own. Unless you need a mini computer to operate your system, I'd try something else.

Excellent Commercial Thermostat
It takes time to set this thermostat the way you need it to be but, once it is done, it's done. Each day is programable, all functions can be set on automatic so you never have to physically change anything. And most importantly, it is lockable! Set it and forget it!

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffThe TB7220 is a light commercial thermostat and has features for light commercial customers. The TH8110 is a residential thermostat and has features for residential customers.

Q: Looking for TB7220u Honeywell, it should have a keypad lockout. Search on your site brings up TB7220U1012. This doesn't appear to have a lockout. What is correct part # and $ for this unit, with a lockable keypad.

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffThis is the only Honeywell TB7220U thermostat. You need to use ISU setting 0670 to activate the keypad lockout feature. See page 15 of the product data file ( http://s3.pexsupply.com/manuals/1296597322000/46962_PROD_FILE.pdf ) for more information.

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffRTH7500D is still a current model, but the manufacture suggests TH8320U1008 ( http://www.pexsupply.com/Honeywell-TH8320U1008-VisionPro-Thermostat-3-Heat-2-Cool-3911000-p ) as a potential replacement.
