The TB6575A, TB6575B, and TB8575A are a family of Digital Fan-Coil thermostats for residential and commercial applications. They are great for use in hotels, condos, and school classrooms. They provide line voltage and low voltage on/off control for various fan-coil units. The three models provide control of 2 or 4 pipe fan-coil units, 120, 240, or 24 Vac, and manual or automatic heat/cool changeover. The fan can also be controlled from the thermostat, which offers three fan speeds (Low, Med, High) and Auto. Valves and auxiliary electric heaters can be controlled using a relay or contactor system switch controlled by the thermostat.

- Proportional plus integral (P+I) control algorithm for precision temperature regulation.
- Selectable C or F.
- Adjustable deadband, in auto changeover mode, for heat and cool control.
- Adjustable maximum heating and minimum cooling setpoint limits.
- Installer setup mode allows changes of operating parameters.
- EEPROM permanently retains user settings, including setpoints, during power loss (no batteries required).

wrong picture
this is not a picture of this thermostat. The thermostat looks just like the other 2 models of suitepro t-stats this one is for 24 volt fan coil units. I have installed 500 to 700 of the honeywell suite pro thermostats in hotels around the country the failure rate is less than 1% on install- no call backs but a few have acted up in the first year- just told the on site maintenance to warranty through honeywell- also I try to leave a couple extras at each site.
It can run up to 3 fan speeds and 4 pipe systems too. It has low and high temp. limits, and a setback feature if no one touches it for say 16 or 24 hours so- it gives the customer some energy savings while the guest just has to check it once a day to keep there setting. the other brands usually use motion sensing to activate the EMS to allow temp. float which usually works okay - but a lot of people complain about them.
The main problem I see with this t-stat is that the guest can't switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit it is an installer setting- but thats my main complaint about it.
You might want to get the suitePro back wall plate for it also to cover the old thermostat paint lines.

Q: have 5 of these and installed in Phoenix, AZ. Do these work for heat and cooling using heat pumps? Each change of seasons the tech comes to rewire for heat then rewire for cool.
