I thought that a low voltage thermostat was 2 wires
I sent this back because I had only 2 wires to use for input. I was unable to make it work.

Great stat. Well lit, large numbers, simple easy to use buttons, performs flawlessly, comfortable even electric heating performance . This stat has been on the market for a while and for good reason. It works!! Matches function and design weather using 24V or line voltage version.

I would buy again.
Great product for electric heat or any high current load under 22A. Compact design makes for versatile installation. 24v xfmr a bonus. The included LED "relay on" indicator a nice feature. Can be used for supplemental equipment control in many heating/cooling systems.
So far my 2 relays doing the job intended.

What you want for radiant floors
Just installed for a short time now but IMHO it has definitely reduced the temp swing in my floor heating system. with standard air temp thermostat my floor would lose much of its thermal mass and take much to long to regain it thus causing it to be less efficent as well as causing a large fluctions in room temp a swing of 8 degrees or better. With the floor sensor the swing is 2-3 degrees which keeps the room temp more consistant and reduces run time on the boiler for thermal mass temp recovery
