No it does not, it is not a redlink thermostat. Any of the redlink enabled thermostats will work.
This unit has specific functions that it is in the WIFI setup, and is done thru Honeywell's Total Connect Comfort site and app, the User Manual can be viewed here: http://s3.supplyhouse.com/product_files/Honeywell-TH6320WF-Manual.pdf There does not seem to be a low temp alert function listed, but there may be more functions to look at with the app on your smartphone.

Wi-Fi units do not require the internet gateway, they connect directly to your wireless router. They are hardwired and not compatible with other Redlink accessories, however.
