Coverplate assembly for use with FocusPRO 6000/5000 and PRO 4000/3000 thermostats. Includes one medium and one large coverplate, bracket for j-boxes and mounting hardware. Medium coverplate is 5" x 6 7/8" Large coverplate is 6" x 8 5/16".

Covers are perfect
The covers are perfect to cover the old footprint of three 25 year old Honeywell digital set back units. The new line of thermostats are very small but are definitely advanced. No painting required thank goodness.

Perfect solution/part
Used the smaller plate to cover up some wall imperfections that became uncovered when I changed my thermostat with the Honeywell RTH6580WF thermostat. The plate matches perfectly with the new thermostat.
Also, shipping was incredibly fast!

Perfect for our needs
Recently changed thermostats..cover plate was small..would have to scrape some old wallpaper remnant and paint...the choice of the large plate fit perfectly and saved additional labor

Q: Please explain to me how a cover plate is used. I just received a FocusPRO5000. There is a small hole in the wall where the old thermostat was located. Would the CoverPlate be wider than the thermostat. I want to cover the hole. Please assist me. Thank you.
