The refill adjuster delivers the right amount of water to the bowl to maintain original performance. This toilet fill valve is easy to install and adjust; no tools are required. It has a universal design and will fit oversized 3" flush valves found in newer 1.6 and 1.28 gpf toilets since the year 2005.
