Valve is good quality - handle is not
Have some of these valves in damp inground boxes. The valves hold up to the elements but after two years the handle is very corroded.

Not for harsh water conditions.
These hose bibbs work great for soft water systems (after the softener) but they do not hold up well to hard water.
