Right Price for the Right Hose Bibb
This is a full flow or full port hose bibb. Quality Finish and Heavy Duty Casting for a Lead Free Bibb. Tight, perfectly sealing ballcock that does turn very hard to start with dry, but once in use turns fairly easy while still eliminating the chance of accidental openings. The only drawback to the hose bibb is that the threads while accurate are a little on the rough cast side. If not paying attention, the threads can cut your fingers or allow for cross threading when attaching plastic GHT attachments if started un-square. While it is a factor, it isn't a deal breaker considering how hard to find and costly a better quality full port lead free hose bibb would be to replace it.

Rust, and stripped nuts for the handles
Bought a few hundred of these for an irrigation install for a greenhouse. I didn't take the time to count how many, but quite a few arrived with loose handles, after trying to tighten one up (there's a small nut holding it onto a threaded portion of the bib) I quickly realized the threads where stripped out.
After inspecting the ones we did install, after just 2 weeks, every single one of them has begun to rust on the top of the handle where that little nut holds it to the bib assembly.
Aside from that the ones that were not stripped out, do function with a 1/4 turn on/off. I'm just not confident on these lasting long with the amount rust I'm already seeing.
These are far from good quality.

This is the way to go for an exterior faucet. easy on and off. product is well built and designed. I like how the company provides a spec. data sheet on the site. The back cover plate is sold separately.

I Would Look For a Different option
You Need To Turn This On Completely Or You Are Garanteed To Get Wet. When You Slightly Turn The Valve Handle The Ball Partially Opens And Spray Water In An Umbrella Pattern Everywhere.
