Perfect replacement and great customer service
My AC unit stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. Turned out it was the fan motor. This motor is a direct replacement for the old one by InterLink # YSLB-90-6-B002. Swapping out was easy because mounting rods and head shaft were all the same dimensions.
Unfortunately Supplyhouse has some issues with securely packaging this motor, so that the first one they sent had its mounting rods completely bent over, making it impossible to mount.
Fortunately, Supplyhouse was quick in sending a replacement. This time it was luck that the rods were not bent because the packaging was equally bad. This time the motor shaft was sticking out the side of the package, but I guess because it's a lot more sturdy, nothing got damaged.
Overall though very happy!

I never review products but…
My condenser motor stopped working in one of the hottest weeks I've ever lived in PA. I didn't have the $$ to call a contractor. With a little online research I was confident it was the motor. They had it shipped out in a couple days and the install was incredibly easy (way easier then I thought).
Again, I don't review things I buy, and this is the exception. I would've been without ac just as long and would have paid hundreds for a repairmen.
The motor itself is labeled a different brand then the original but has the same specs and dimensions.
Also the entire unit seems to be running quieter and more efficient with the new motor.
Ultimately, I applaud supply house for having the correct part in stock and shipping it when advertised!
