I use all 20 amp breakers, always. 20 amp breaker, 12/2 w/ground + 2400 watts. Why would anyone use 15 amp outlets (1800 watts) on a 20 amp circuit??? If you do you risk underpowering appliances, home theater systems and power tools which WILL shorten their life by starving for correct power. 14/2 w/ground for 15 amp breakers (are not meant for outlets). I can't figure out why they even make 15 amp outlets or why they are even legal.
