Great combi boiler!
I have installed 4 of these units, and 2 had 'stuck' circulator pump impellers. After removing pump from unit and spinning the impeller by hand, the boiler works great. The modulating flame feature is really nice.

Used to heat 2-story home - 3200 sq ft - 1600 down - 1600 up
Closed Loop Works Great - DHW requires mixing valve and adjustments but still get "cold sandwiches" - still working on this -

needs better packaging for shipment - was received damaged - but received new one

Q: If this unit is installed by the homeowner and inspected by a county inspector is the warranty still valid?

Verified Reply- Supplyhouse.com TeamLochinvar does not list the specific warranty details but does state "Factory warranty (shipped with unit) does not apply to units improperly installed or improperly operated." Typically, most manufacturers request that their products are installed by licensed professionals to keep the warranty active. You can contact Lochinvar directly for their specific warranty info at 1-615-889-8900.
