7-Day Programmable Smart Temp Heating & Cooling Touchscreen Thermostat

I purchased three of these thermostats for my Natural Gas house and garage furnaces after searching through many brands. The most important function I was looking for was the energy monitor that keeps track how many minutes each day the furnace runs. I now know how much gas and electricity I'm using for heating and cooling and am able to fine tune my temperature settings. The unit is easy to use and for the most part extremely user friendly. The only improvement I can see is a back button when programming. This would allow easier programming when you make a mistake or want to go back and check what you entered. Temperature display compared to the actual temperature is accurate. Maybe 0.2F off but close enough for me. Another nice feature this unit has is the ability to set the temperature swing which is the turn on temperature and the turn off temperature. I have the house set at .5F but changed the Garage to .75F since the large overhead doors let so much cold air in. I do like this product so far and hope the review is helpful.

Easy to install and simple to program.

This is a great thermostat. It takes a few minutes to learn the programing but after that its a breeze. It holds my room temp very well. It also looks great on the wall where I can easily see the room temp and know where I'm at. I have 3 of them in my home and would recommend it to anybody looking for a sleek programmable unit that is easy to install and use. Do save the book for future reference like the built in filter monitor that will need to be reset long after it is installed.

I use this product to control furnace and air-conditioning in home. This is the third Lux thermostat I have used and, like the others, this one works well, maintaining temperature to within a degree of setting before recycling. Installation was simple and programming device was easy, especially given the large readout. A full-time lighted display and automatic switching from heating to cooling would make this thermostat really great.

The greatest thing about this device is the ease of use. We are in our 80's and had no problem learning how to use it.

This thermostat is exactly what I needed and was looking for. Easy installation, the choice of running energy efficient program "pre programmed" or running your own personal one for comfort to fit your personal schedule. Over ride is simple as well . Read the instructions, follow them and you can not loose!( Not over complicated, there seem to be a lot of steps but do not get caught up in that.) Just one step at a time and when you are done setting it up you will feel that it was worth it! Touch screen is great! On screen graphics are easy to read. Good quality to date.
