A/C-Renew

Our company's been using this product now for a decade, with great results. We're even topping off newly installed equipment ...no more ''stcky valve'' problems!

Wonderful Stuff!

This stuff saved me a lot of money! My 8-year-old Rheem heat pump has had a problem with freezing up while in heat mode for the last year. I had no idea about how to fix the TFX valve issue until after doing some research and when an acquaintance told me about A/C-Renew. So before cutting out the old and replacing, I thought I'd give this a try. I couldn't be happier with the results! Application was super easy with the associated injector tool and over the past month it seems that the TFX valve issue has been resolved completely. The unit is putting out great heat and cooling as well. (I'm in the South so it's getting a lot of dual-purpose use this winter...) Please try this before you resort to drastic measures if you are having similar problems!

Product Q&A

ASK A QUESTION

Q: Can A/C Renew clean excessive solder flux from inside a system so that the filter/drier can capture it? A 6 year old R410a heat pump install has 31 (THIRTY ONE!!!!) soldered (NOT BRAZE, SOLDER) line set joints (WHY,WHY,WHY??), and both TXV's were LOADED with old flux. Replacing them both, BUT.... I feel like trashing the evaporator and condenser coils, but can the A/C renew clean these components up and give the system new life?

No it cant, it maybe more cost effective and easier to run new line sets, you cant easily braze over solder joints & solder isn't intended to hold the pressure of 410A, unless its silver solder.
