Exactly what I needed. I'm a customer now.
I needed three of the replacement Grilles to freshen up the appearance of a house I had just purchased. Tried painting the old ones but the result was not as clean as I wanted. But the fans them self worked fine. I just need to freshen up the appearance and these grilles were perfect. I've gotten use to being disappointed in items I purchase online but not with these. They were perfect for my use and I've book marked Supplyhouse.com for future use.

I would not buy this product again
Although the manufacturer claims that this product is the correct replacement part, it is smaller and leaves an unpainted area exposed. It is about 1/2 inch smaller. I will need to sand and paint the exposed area for it to look right. I should have just used two-faced tape to reattach the broken old one. It is also much harder to install than the old one. The springs repeatedly become detached from the grille while attempting to install it.

Product dimensions are not as advertised, but easy return
The product dimensions are started as 8-11/16 x 9-1/2. The cover is actually 8-11/16 x 9-1/16. That missing 7/16 made a difference for me. I returned the item (which was a very easy process.)
