Absolutely a great transaction and product
I purchased this as an OEM replacement. It was exactly as described. When securing the fan blade hub to the shaft make sure that the flat side of the shaft is aligned with the hub set-screw otherwise no matter how tight you secure the screw it will eventually come loose.
