Simple Replacement
I used this bracket to replace my ICP N9MSB OEM Blower Motor with an Evergreen IM 6005 motor.
Note, I had to move the rubber and metal pieces to the other hole to align. Very ease to pop out and place back in.

Perfect Part
Perfect part that I needed to convert blower motor assembly from OEM PSC motor to replacement inverter grade PSC motor , which did not have the 4 motor mounts , that this mounting bracket provided.The replacement motor does have more weight in materials, which did cause a concern that the torsion flex mount would be able to support the heavier motor in the blower assembly, but so far no problems.
