This fan enables you to utilize existing duct, while its low profile housing design ensures a proper fit in virtually any ceiling. Installation is made simple with the Flex-Z Fast installation bracket with articulating joints for easy positioning through a ceiling cavity. The detachable installation adapter provides even greater flexibility when wiring and attaching the duct. Once installed, use the Pick-A-Flow speed selector to customize the air flow to meet your customers’ ventilation needs. All of these great features combined make WhisperFit EZ the fastest, easiest, ENERGY STAR retrofit fan available.

I would, and have bought this again and again!
These are really the absolute best exhaust fans on the market. I just replaced my 3rd and final fan for my 1/2 bath. The other two were also Panasonic, but the other two had heaters, this final one did not. The installation is fairly straightforward. You do need to have some elementary DIY skills. I did not use the included brace for any of my installations, I opted for wood frames so that I could place them exactly where I wanted them. All 3 required a larger cut-out, but it's nothing a drywall saw couldn't handle. These fans are truly whisper quiet and all around hefty. First unit is about 5 years old, 2nd is about 3 years old and the new one, well, it's new. The first and second units are just as quiet as the new one. I highly recommend these. The amount of air they move, for as quiet as they are, is incredible! Since I replaced my first unit, I never have fogged mirrors while/after showering. Get one of these, they're expensive, but totally worth it. You won't need to replace it again for many, many years! Lastly, I installed timers for all 3 units. My family have bad habits of leaving things on all the time.
