Decent affordable 120V space heater

Our association had a similar Dayton heater 20 years old) that was now over $300. I found this one and although this has wire wound resistors and compared to a better designed resistor module, it works well. Fan is fairly quiet too. We'll see if it lasts as long as the Dayton

Fills a need/niche

I have installed a dozen or more of these in various projects. They are just right for backup/supplementary/distributed heat in high-performance homes heated typically by mini splits. At 120 v and cut to 750 w they draw little current and can be added to a 20 amp circuit. Best mounted after drywall hung because of the flange on the header body— I screw this to wood cleat glued behind the drywall top and bottom and don't fool with trying to shim the tapered body to a stud.

Yes, you may insulate around the heater in wall cavity with fiberglass insulation. Please see the installation manual for proper wall clearances.

You can but if I were you I would look for an interior wall to install this on. There would be no insulation behind the unit on an exterior wall and it would be extra cold there when it's not on.
