- Heat where you are, not where you aren't. Instant response when you want it. Save energy by heating only the areas you occupy
- Precise heat within 1.5 degree of set temperature (as compared to five degrees with conventional bi-metal thermostats.).
- 5 day / 2 day programmability (5 weekdays and 2 day weekend, 4 program periods per day).
- SmartSeries provides only the amount of heat needed at any given moment by continually calculating heat output and fan speed of the proportional difference between room temperature and the set temperature.
- Built-in fan delay operates when unit is turned off after heating to prolong element life. Fan delay also prevents fan from coming on until element has warmed up.
- Fan only mode (no heat) for supplemental ventilation.
- BMS feature allows connection to Building Management Systems (Dry contact).
- Heater can be locked out for security so settings cannot be changed.
- Easy to use LED touch screen operation with adjustable soft signal beeps.
- Hold mode maintains constant set temperature which can be used for freeze protection or vacation setting for when you are not there.
- Quick set up right out of the box - 3 piece construction.
- No ducting or plumbing needed means no heat loss before the heat enters the room.

Excellent Heater
Easy install, great heat output. Raised the temperature of my basement from 57 degrees to 69 degrees (approximately 3780 cu/ft) in only 1/2 hour! Just wish the display would show both current & set temp, but still love the unit!

I bought this heater for my backroom and am a little disappointed. The backbox was not square and was very difficult to Gerry into the stud cavity. In addition there are not many knockouts for power so I had to really mess with the conduit in the wall to get it into the right place.
Lastly, the fan is fairly loud, when I first installed it every tone it turned off the fan would rub the grill and be really loud, I put some washers in that fixed that but was really annoyed for a while.

Too much cool air coming out
I don't like this product at all. Very unhappy with it. But SupplyHouse is an excellent company with excellent customer service. They were able to help me refund my order so I could buy a different heater. Here's what I experienced with the heater. For one thing, it seems like it's always on. If it went off, it stayed off for a minute maybe and then came back on. The technical support people said it was because it's constantly adjusting the temperature between 1 and 2 degrees. The reason I didn't like it on was because it sounds like a diesel truck coming through my living room. So noisy. I had my heater placed in my living room where it gets so cold. It was about 4 feet away from where I sit to watch TV and work on my laptop. Once the heater got to its programmed temperature, it would start blowing cool air and I would end up needing to get a blanket to shield me from the cold air. One time, the tips of my ears and tip of my nose was cold from the air coming out of it. It was just bizarre the way this thing worked. I had to return it. It just wasn't going to work for me. I never figured out if it was defective or if it is just made that way. I can't imagine it's supposed to blow cool air when it's a heater. I gave it a second star because the grille and heater itself looked really nice on my wall.

I would buy this product again
We have a mountain home that we wanted to extend the occupancy season on. The cold comes in before the snow and we needed the larger heat unit. Baseboard heaters were not a good option due to furniture. It works very well.
