QwikSwap™ is a money saving solution to replacement of a failed OEM Constant Torque ECM, X13® or SelecTech® Motor while adding performance improving variable blower speed control. Use QwikSwap™ with a Permanent Split Capacitor (PSC) Motor to replace the failed ECM blower motor!
QwikSwap™ V3 (QT6104) provides replacement of a failed OEM Variable Air Flow Rate ECM 2.0. 2.3, 2.5 or 3.0 motor with a Permanent Split Capacitor (PSC) motor while maintaining variable blower air flow capability. As with any QwikSwap, installation simply requires moving wires from the failed ECM motor to the QwikSwap™ V3 board, then connecting the new PSC motor’s common and the three power leads (one for each speed) to the QwikSwap™ V3 board (along with a capacitor).

Bought to interface an old ecm motor with new motor
I had an old ecm 2.5 motor that failed, and i discovered this board. I gave it a try and it worked. I also ordered a regular blower motor/capacitor and this allowed it to work. My 18 year old unit has life in it still!

Excellent product
This thing is a money and time savor. My 16 pin ECM motor stopped working in my heat pump. It was my second motor. I was looking for a used ECM motor but all were over $500 and a new motor was close to $800. I bought this board together with a PCM motor and a capacitor and everything works beautifully and it was less then $450 total. You don't have to be a technician to put this together the instructions are very clear.

Good product that saves the day
After replacing my ECM 2.3 motor twice, I found this product and now been running a 20 year old PSC motor for more than 5 years. My only complaint is the V3 board only has a humidity profile for Southern climates. I live in Canada where we have hot summers and cold winters. Instead of trying to just dehumidify, I need to cool the home. Still highly recommend at a fraction of the price a replacement ECM would be.

The best money that I have spent repairing my heat and air system. I now can use a standard 220V motor instead of an expensive ECM motor. Easy to install and works like a charm!

Great to have on the truck for VS motor replacements!
Great to have on the truck for VS motor replacements that are out of warranty. Coupled with a PSC motor you can get variable speed capacity with out the hassle of waiting on the OEM and for less.

Easiest "SWAP" Ever
I am not an AC anything just a regular handyman and swapped out my ECM motor on my heat pump unit with the QuikSwap V3 and it was flawless. This product should be anyones go to with an ECM motor.

The product Works!
Installing it 2d time and it works. READ, installation manual closely. If the fan wants to stop running after installation- follow the manual. You will need to play with the rocker switch. Also quick tip- Replaced ECM 1h/p motor with 3/4 PSC. And is enough h/p for operation (in the case of PSC). It is not necessary to install a 1h/p motor.
