I will defiantly buy this product again
I put this product in a garden sprayer, applied it to the evaporator coil and did not rinse it. It's a new house so it had been 23 months since the installation. It's a Carrier 3 ton with an A coil. I wouldn't have been able to do it with an aerosol can. The coil wasn't very dirty but I don't want it to get to that point. After it ran for a day, I checked the coil and it was much cleaner than before. I didn't find the smell offensive and it went away after a day or two. I also used it on my condenser since it wasn't very dirty either(so I thought). It worked great! I did rinse the coil though. I rinsed it three times because it was still foaming as i sprayed water on it. Their was dirt and pollen that washed off. It looked even better than I though it would.

Didnt remove the mildew odor for me
Despite 5 treatments with this and the pan cleaner on 2 identical units, the mildew odor in my heads is unabated.

Highly Recommend
My 3 units indoor units are relatively new but my house is also old and neither air or water tight so developed a musty odor pretty quickly. Pain to access drain pan with tablets. This solved problem. I can see my drain lines in basement and they also cleared up. For one problem unit, I use weekly; monthly for others. Does have a minor odor initially but not unpleasant and fades very quickly.

We use this exclusively for cleaning coils; however, being nonacidic, you "DO" have to let it sit for it to do the job.

Worked like a charm
Have two mini splits that have not been cleaned in 3 years, thought it was time to clean them! This was one of the products that had the most support on social media. I have now cleaned both my systems and it was easy with this cleaner. A note, be sure to protect your wall when using because it will mar the finish on the wall if it gets on it.

Great Stuff!!!!!
Used this to clean 5 inside mini split head units. Awesome smell and did not make cough or get choked from the fumes. Clean the units over a 3 day period and they smell just like new now.

Makes coil cleaning a breeze
We were just using a garden hose to clean the coils on our RTU units and added this cleaner to the process. It just melts the dirt and grime away and leaves the coils much cleaner than just water.
