HoneyWell furnace gas valve
The valve looked exact and came in descent timeframe. Price was better than local plumbing/furnace stores. Pilot light failed to change when screw adjustment attempted. Called for assistance but due to liability there was no information to be given to help out. Was advised to find a professional which was the reason I bought from them in first place. Skip the expensive middle man. Factory settings should be allowable information to pass along. The thing could be defective, I wont know till I pay for a specialist.

Installed in a snap!
Installed valve on a natural gas fired steam boiler. No issues with the install. Connected thermocouple and 24VAC and away she went!! Heat back on.

Q: Is the v800a1070 the same valve as the v800a1476?

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffAlthough both valves have the same inlet & outlet size, the same pressure rating, the same temperature rating, there are some differences between them. According to the manufacturer, the V800A1070 also has right and left outlets on the side of the body that could be used to attach gas piping to. It also comes with a Q340 Thermocouple and a natural gas to LP gas conversion kit.

Q: I have a natural gas boiler with part number V800B1160. Gas is leaking from the off/on/pilot knob on the top of the regulator. What is your suggestion? Should I try to find parts to repair? Should I replace the whole assembly?

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffV800B004 does not reference as a valid part number. The manufacturer lists part V800A1088 as the replacement for V800B1004, if that is what you are referring to.
