I don't think that these valves are adjustable at all. At least on my boiler, the rate of flow is controlled by an adjustable diaphragm that is "downstream" and part of the burner. When I've replaced the valve, I've never had to perform any adjustment. I think that the installation booklet for the valve can be found on the internet, so if there's an adjustment, it will describe it there. By the way. Before you change the valve, you should thoroughly check out the power pile and the circuit from the power pile to whatever electric controller there is and the valve, itself. I had a series of what I thought was valve problems that I eventually traced to an intermittent connection between the valve and the thermostat.
