Water heater is now working good.
This is for the three items I received.
The items came in a very timely manner and all worked as expected. I was concerned when I opened the box due to the lack of packaging that had been placed in the box with the item, two of the items had banged around in the box and had come out of the original packaging and one of the elements had bent down at the bent end and was pressed up against the element.
But I was able to bend it back to its normal position and all the items worked as expected so no issue!
As a side note I have begun trying to buy the stuff we need from local shops or small shops online rather then give the massive online retailers more profits.
You folks fit that desire and expect for the packing issue I happy with your service and will look to you guys in the future plus give my friends your address!
