Excellent Service
I have an older Rheem water heater and needed elements. Searched locally and could not find elements that fit. Searched the Rheem official site and was of no help even with serial number and model number. Supply House came up in a search of water heater parts so I chatted with someone at Supply House, gave her all the pertinent information, and she could not find my elements. I thanked her for the effort and continued searching. The next day I received an email from a tech at Supply House and they found my elements. I appreciate the extra effort in helping a customer. Thank you so much for all the help and also, the I received the parts in a few days after placing the order. You don't find many companies today with employees that go the extra mile. Exactly what we were hoping to find!
We have a 30 year old Kenmore water heater that has a lifetime constructed tank. After 30 years, we determined that one of the elements had gone bad. Trying to find an element that would fit our heater was a pain. There was nothing available on the open retail market. My brother spent quite some time researching the internet and finally came upon Supply House. You had the exact element we were seeking. More pricey than the cheaper items that were claimed would work but I ordered it and it looks exactly like the OEM element that finally succumbed. I also ordered and installed the other element, even though it was still functional. We now have an essentially new water heater and kept it out of the landfill. Way to go Supply House! I now have a login and will be a future customer!
