Great Service and Parts
I installed a Rinnai tankless hot water heater. SupplyHouse had all the parts and at a good price. Very timely shipping via UPS (about three working days). I also ordered a Grundfos Scala2 pump and installed it. The pump had a bad seal. SupplyHouse immediately fulfilled a replacement without requesting a return of the first unit. Clearly this Company is in business for longstanding relationships. I highly recommend SupplyHouse as your HVAC and plumbing supplier.

This is my second purchase of this product, due to my own mistake. Once again, Supply House was right there with my order! I ordered on a Saturday afternoon, and it's arriving on the following Tuesday! I love their expedient shipping, not to mention their great price! If you can find this particular part for Rinnai tankless water heaters, they run anywhere from $20-$30 (and up) more from other vendors.
Take advantage of these guys-they deliver better than expected!
