Very nice finish covering the pipes and electrical
This really dress up the unit that is very visible on the open side of our house . Easy to install . Great instructions. Everything was included. A neighbor liked the look so much , got theirs done a week later. A little pricey for what it does but looks great. Wife swears the unit is more efficient and the water is warmer after the installation.

Rennai water heater pipe cover looks nice & fits.
Good fit & finish, but did not come with a bottom panel. I had to order it separately. I can't understand why anyone would install a pipe cover and leave the bottom of the cover open. It should have been included. I wasn't too happy about having to order the bottom panel separately, make a second trip to complete the install, and pay additional shipping.

Adds finished look to the Rinnai
Had pipe covers on my previous Rinnai and after looking at the pipes after installation on my new unit, I knew I had to have covers for the pipes. the covers really clean up the job. So much better looking. I would recommend this to anyone who asked.
