New 780-715 Control fixed buzzing sound & delayed ignition.
Replacement 780-715 identical to old control as far as connections are concerned making replacement easy. Original control unit was making a buzzing noise and took six minutes to finally ignite furnace burner. New control unit restored furnace to new performance to quietly igniting burner under two minutes. Like saving a couple hundred $$ by replacing part myself.

Robershaw 780-715 Ignition Controller
I used this Ignition Controller to replace the ignition controller module part # CHXMOD1931 on my Hayward swimming pool natural gas heater which was not working. The unit works well and above all, PexSupply delivered the unit as promissed on time.

I would buy this product again and again
I installed this Control module in December of 2002. My furnace was taking up to 5 minutes to start, and finally it would not start. There was no voltage at the ignitor plug from the module. I also installed a new ignitor, gas valve, and digital thermostat. My furnace "Rheem Model RGDC-04NA-CR" was installed in my home in 1984. It has been trouble free for 9 years, just air filter replacements.
