when Yrt delivered the product I asked him to cut box open for review. He only cut one side down and there was just a view of a portion of the front. A storm was coming and he thought it should be protected. When my plumber came to move it inside, he noticed 2 dents in the water heater. The plumber had already moved the old water heater out of the house. He put the new one in but said the glass liner may have cracked because of the dents. Now I am worried I may get alot fewer years out of it. I can't tell you I would recommend at this point.
