The Santa Fe Ultra120 exceeds Department of Energy standards and is designed to deliver exceptional indoor air quality by providing dedicated moisture control, fresh air mechanical ventilation and superior air filtration to the entire home. The unit features an extremely well-insulated, compact horizontal cabinet for the ultimate in quiet operation.
Optional fresh outdoor air may be ducted to the unit via a six-inch round duct. This provides fresh air to dilute indoor pollutants and maintain high oxygen content in the air. The amount of fresh air ventilation can be regulated by a variety of dampers and controls.
The Santa Fe Ultra120 includes air filtration to improve indoor air quality. A MERV 13 media filter is standard.

Great price for capacitiy.
I'm glad that Mike by the sea mentioned the necessity of using a humidistat with this model. This whole house dehumidifier has become an essential addition to our 32' by 88' house and garage, ensuring a comfortable environment throughout. Given that our house was built on a concrete slab, we have installed the unit in the attic using the Hanging Kit, suspending it between the trusses. It effectively covers our latent heat load, which is extremely important in our area of Kentucky, especially during the shoulder seasons with high humidity days. When we built our home, we prioritized creating a high-performance dwelling with a conditioned attic using the zip system and open-cell spray foam insulation. Without a doubt, this dehumidifier has proven to be the most crucial component in achieving that goal.

Excellent product and quiet operation.
Note, Ultra 120H requires a dehumidistat for operation. It does not include a control like the 120V has. Nice and quiet operation, easy filter change.
