Easy to use. No Mess

Great, easy-to-use product that works well if just follow the instructions. Cannot comment on the effectiveness of the product as cannot really see results, but a confident in the system.

Useless

Product goes everywhere but into boiler. Extremely poor delivery system for a great product. Relieved pressure to zero on boiler system. Attached nozzle assembly to drain valve on boiler and opened relief valve on top of boiler to allow displaced water to be ejected as cleaner went into boiler. Cleaner just sat there and refused to enter boiler. After about a minute of waiting, tubing finally blew off and sprayed product all over. I then simply went to my manual injector pump and a bulk quart of same product which was easily injected into boiler through same opening. My guess is the product simply cannot overcome to water weight in the boiler to enter it making it quite useless. I even tried it in another port above the boiler with absolutely no luck at all. Sticking with bulk containers from now on and either pouring it in or manual pumping. Turned a 10 minute procedure into a 1 1/2 hr. cleanup and re-treatment.
