1-1/2" Sharkbite DE-Mount Clip

When working with 2" Sharkbite fittings, spend the extra money and buy these when buying the fittings. It allows movement of the fittings when otherwise they don't move once you slide them on the pipe. I learn a good lesson.

This tool allows for easy assembly and disassembly of large diameter Sharkbite fittings. It holds the release for you. It is size specific.

Demount clip works fine but one should be included with at least every pair

The mechanism of the new 2XL clips is so much better than the de-mount c-Clip for the smaller Sharkbites(where you had to hold pressure against the sharkbite fitting will pulling the pipe in the opposite direction. With the 2XL fittings the de-mount clip actually slides onto the fitting and uses a sort of "twist-to-unlock" sort of function to release the stainless teeth inside and it holds it open without any continued pressure from the user. I love the old sharkbites but this is a big improvement.
