PEX falls out of clamp
I bought these because I liked the idea of holding pex away from framing to easily add pipe insulation. Not only did I have to find my own nails (nails supplied were too short), but I also feared the pex would fall out, once filled with water, because the clamps don't grab the pex tight enough. Sure enough, running hot water made the pex move enough to fall out of a few clamps even though I spaced them 24" apart.
Pex is very durable....they can't make a better dual clamp that fits tighter? Very disappointed.

Good Idea, Looks Nice But Bad Execution
Like I Said It's A Good, Nice And Neat Idea. It Has Two Major Flaws. First Noticiable One Is The Supplied Nails Are Too Short. The Clip It Self.is Around 2" Tall. They Supply A 2.5in Nail To Secure This To Framing. It Is Not Enough To Secure It. I'm Hoping Once Hot Water Gets Turned On And The Pex Gets All Squirley It Doesn't Pull Them All Out. 2nd Major Flaw Is It Doesn't Have Enough Clamping Force To Actually Hold The Pex. It Doesn't Squeeze The Pex To The Framing. It Relies On The Plastic Itself To Squeeze And Hold Pex. Pex Has A Memory And Wants To Flex Bqck To It's Original Position. Using Coiled Pex Makes These A Pia.
