SS Swivel-Ring, TKO Closet Flange
Sioux Chief 886 series TKO closet flanges shall be used where necessary in drainage systems. Flange shall have a full-swivel, corrosion-proof stainless steel ring, with sufficient holes for securing to floor and slots for inserting closet bolts. Flange shall have a knockout, sized larger than the opening, which comes out in one piece preventing it from falling down the drain line. Flange shall have a 3" Sch. 40 spigot connection which conforms to ASTM D2665 (PVC) or D2661 (ABS). Flange shall hold a standard head test and be UPC listed. Always fasten closet flanges to the floor.

The only way to Roll.
I have no idea how anyone can install a water closet flange completely made from PVC. That is why this is the best type of flange to buy. Stainless steel ring is the best. Was delivered as described. Easy way to find the part you need.
