Excellent for Yamaha Outboard Prop Splines
I needed to assemble a strong covering for my Yamaha 200 HP prop spline for winter storage and this part fit perfect. Added a short piece of 1.5 inch PVC out to the prop bolt, bolted it down and we are covered for the winter weather. Will use year after year.

This is NOT a DWV fitting despite the description.
I was shipped the schedule-40 (non DWV) version of this fitting which is part number 429-338E. It does not have the proper internal diameter to prevent clogging. It creates a large lip on each side, so is not suitable for a DWV application.
Supplyhouse shipped a replacement, but it was the same type. So the listing must be wrong. I took a picture from the 2" side looking at the lip created by a 3" pipe inserted into the fitting. Since this is the direction of flow, it creates an obstruction.

I used this in an odd way... to create an artificial PVC well head for a well seal. It held up quite nice.

This is not a DWV fitting
This is NOT a DWV fitting like the description claims, it is a SCH 40 water fitting. Do not use this in a drainage application, the inner wall diameter is not correct for drainage and will cause clogs.
They do not carry the P102-338E fitting, only the 429-338E. If you order this, you will receive the 429-338E part.
