Why do these 2400-70-3P pumps fail so much?

I have had these 2 Lochinvar boilers since 2012 and have replaced the Taco 2400-70-3P pumps about 6 times. In the beginning the plastic Impellers fell apart, but the last 2 pumps just seized up. each of the last 2 seized up within 10 months. I am going to send them back for warranty but would like to know why this continues to happen. Boilers are putting out 182* water, the pump is rated at 225*. They run great in the beginning but begin to get noisy and then Seize up? changes last one on Feb 2018, dead on 12-22-18 any recommendations, since I do not want to change pumps and if I did it would be a complete change in piping, since the space is only big enough for the Original Taco pumps.

Taco 2400-70

Nice compact pumps. Run rather quietly which is nice if people live near the boiler room. I've installed quite a few of the 2400 series Taco pumps and have had problems with the 2400-30 pump sticking on open systems. When they try to restart they simply don't have enough starting torque to get it going again. I've had some call backs due to this problem. I ended up either installing a wet rotor pump, or leaving the pump running all the time. I've also had a motor fry on a 2400-70. It was only 14 months old. I do like the pumps though.
