i don't think can be cleaned, they do offer a service/repair kit. A number of companies offer very similar valves.
The power head for this valve is part 555-173RP.
The pressure required to open the valve or compress the spring to full open position is 36 psi. If the power heads are failing prematurely, we recommend opening the valve to clean out the seat assembly and checking for any other blockages at the spring.
This taco valve needs the valve & seat assembly (SKU: 5101-002RP) as well. This will prevent the leaking into the electrical head that you have been having a problem with.
