Taco Zone Valve Controls work with two, three, or four-wire zone valves. Fully fuse protected,
they also include two isolated end switches and a built-in priority switch. The contractor friendly
PC board layout eliminates the problems caused by incorrect wiring and the "unfinished" look of
conventional zone valve installations. The sturdy screw connections add additional reliability, while
the external indicator lights provide instant diagnostic feedback, reducing installation time. All Taco
Zone Valve Controls are UL and CSA listed and carry an extended 3 year warranty.

Cleans up boiler wiring
Cleans up that wiring mess and gets rid of those unreliable wirenuts & splices. I purchased the 3 zone valve control, ran 18awg /4 wire to each zone control and a 22awg /6 wire off the module to the 3 thermostats (2 wires each). Always the best price and fast delivery from PexSupply.com

I would NOT purchase again
The screw for the zone valve wire was stripped. Could not tighten down screw to make the needed connection.
Of course I only found out after I already had it mounted to the wall and had everything else wired in to the Zone control!

Taco zone control valve
I had to return this because the zone control valve was not compatible with my older one so I had to return and buy the same one I have which was older but still available . But supply house made my return way to easy and very pleasant . Superb company to deal with and btw I buy from here for all my hvac needs so I will definitely be coming back even tho this was a hiccup like I said there return policy is the best ppl are the best ! Keep up the great work supply house !!!!!

Easy to install
I have a three zone system and installed new smart thermostats. Without being a professional HVAC, it took me an hour to connect all leads following the instructions. Everything is working fine and can be easily upgraded if needed.

Exactly what I needed for Smart Thermostats
The Taco valve controller was exactly what I needed to upgrade my thermostats to 3-wire (with common) and fix a wiring problem that could have damaged my boiler.
The original thermostat wires connected directly to the zone valves, with the two valve open wires connected directly to the boiler TT input without isolation. (Don't do this!)
Now the new thermostats and valves connect to the zone controller terminal strips, with an isolated TT connection for the boiler.
I removed the old 24V AC transformer & box, and wired the 120V AC to the zone controller.
Works perfectly.
The LED zone indicator lights are convenient for confirming system operation.

Verified Reply- Supplyhouse StaffOnly the -EXP or expandable versions would be able to have additional zones added onto it. The sku ZVC403-4 is not an expandable model so it can not be added onto it.

Q: Thermostat to this unit, this unit to zone valves, but zone valves get connected to circulator pump, can this unit control pump, can I have 3 or 4 or 6 valves on one pump,

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffYes, Taco ZVC controls have a connection for a circulator pump. If everything is wired correctly, the circulator will come on whenever any zone on the control calls for heat.
