The person who assisted us on the phone knew exactly what the replacement number should be. Product was at the right price and arrived promptly. The instructions and extra supplies that came with the part made the job that much easier. Couldn't be happier with the product or the company I dealt with.

App doesn't work so you can't program the motor. Even if you can get into the app it doesn't work well at all or connect to the motor as easily as you'd think. If you're lucky enough to get it programmed, you will not be able to CUSTOMIZE that programming as you'd like as the app just freezes or never allows you to save any customizations to the tap settings. Calling Nidec support was ZERO help and they just said they know the app doesn't work and to return the motor. If you can't live with the preset speeds then I would get the OEM motor. I notice a slight howling noise on startup that my OEM motor never had and it lasted 11 years. If I had to do it again, I would have spent $100 more and got the OEM. If your OEM is a lot more than maybe it's worth making some trade-offs for this one. Nidec is the original brand of my OEM motor and this one seems identical to it from build quality, but the programming is different and this one produces a little more noise on startup.

I have a 2 year old Carrier with an X13 that continued to run unless you flipped the breaker. As I thought the module went bad like they all do. I called Supplyhouse and they said this was a direct replacement. Had it in 2 days to Florida and it fired right up. As an added bonus this motor also has BT if you need to add programming. Even though the original was under warranty the carrier dealer wanted $700 labor. This was easy on the wallet and works great.
