Perfect for Tankless
These valves are great for tankless water heaters. Screw them on and you got a spot for relief valve and service ports built in. I use them on every install

3/4 ub Sweated Isolator Valve Eval
Good design made from good materials. Slow intial leak around packing for the on/off valve on the cold water valve but this was easily remedied by removing valve handle & tightening the packing nut until drip leak stopped.

Always use these
A must with any on demand water heater install. The sweat ends are ok I usually install these with ips ends and use male adapters but they were out of stock so I went sweat and the one good thing is it tends to be a shorter make up than with ips.
