I replace an exact model after ten years of summer and winter use. Buttons weren't making good contacts after so many years of constant up and down buttons being used all the time. My review is not the best but this same model doesn't have the beeper even though the configuration booklet says it does. I tried 3 units from you and none of them has the beeper. 3 of your techs couldn't even program it with an operable beeper. A person with a sight loss has to be able to hear the beeper. I will not be able to use this model any longer if the manufacturer can't fix the beeper or at least remove it from the functions so customers don't have to waste their time thinking that all your units are defective. At least have #13 removed from the configuration pages.

Great customer service
This model was installed in my house initially in 1995 and has just now started to not make good contact with the up and down buttons. This model is programmable to set auto on and off's 7 days per week at different times during the day. We are retired so we don't use the programs. We just increase heat or turn it down as needed. We use it the same way in Cooling Mode hence the buttons wearing down after 30 years of use. Customer service has answered all my questions concerning installation or referred me to manufacturer Techs to answer technical questions.

White Rodgers Thermostat
This was a replacement product for an earlier discontinued White Rodgers product. I love it and the functionality of it. Still learning about its operation but I welcome that cause its extremely effecient. Great!
