We needed a wall thimble for our Modine heater and couldn't find one the right size. I found this site on line and decided to take a chance after having to return another one that we bought that was not what it said it was. I ordered this one and it was delivered on time and was the exact product and size we needed. Very east to use. Very pleased with the company and the product.

The manufacture miss labeled the part.
You shipped what you thought was the correct part. The Manufacture miss labeled the part. You reshipped a new part asap, but again it was the same label, but wrong part. Your customer service put the problem on me and told me to call the manufacture. This was not my problem to resolve. I returned the original part, but I have never seen the credit for the return.
