Handles 21 Loads of Laundry a week for 12 years
We do 21 loads of laundry each week with 5 pre-teens or teenagers for the past 12 years with this pump. That's over 13,100 loads of laundry! Solid as a rock and never gave us any problems. Today, 13,104 loads of laundry later, the limit switch controlled by the float gave out and needs replacing. Zoeller repair parts are widely available and I can buy them locally or at SupplyHouse.
Due to fast shipping and getting back in business fast, I am buying this exact same pump to get our laundry back in business, and will likely get the float switch repair kit and repair the old one so its waiting for me in about 13,000 more loads of laundry in the future.

I'm very disappointed with this unit!
After looking at all the reviews I purchased this model. This was used about 10 times to pump out the washing machine waste and it stopped pumping! Circuit breaker, GFCI all OK. I'm glad I also installed a utility sink as this took the over flow. This will cause quite a mess (to empty and check the motor) and cost hours and more materials to fix if I have to replace and re-plumb. I'm not happy. It is Saturday and I must wait until next week to get and answer from Supply House. At this time I would not buy this product again!

Easy dealing with Supply House
This was a replacement for the pump that was 15 Years old,by purchasing the complete kit with the tray and 9 FT cord and check valve it was a fast easy install to code.Zoeller Pumps are made well and last .Ordered it and it was here in 22 hrs by UPS,of course shipping was free.

11 year replacement
After 11 years and only the toggle switch connector to the float being replaced on my original unit. It was time to get a more updated but same functionality and size unit. Would purchase from supply house again, unit arrived fast and undamaged definitely a great company

Verified Reply- Supplyhouse StaffThe Model 105 (M53) includes a polypropylene basin, gas-tight cover, a cast iron pump, an internal discharge pipe, and a check valve. This would be suitable for rain water removal
